Packing

Tower packing and tower fill materials are used in cooling towers to provide a high surface area for steam condensation without restricting air flow. Within a cylindrical column, it provides a greater surface area for the gas and liquid in a web scrubber to make contact. It is made from various kind of material such as carbon, ceramic, plastic, aluminum etc.

Compressor

A compressor is a device used to compress air or other gases to pressures higher than atmosphere pressure. It compresses the air taken from the atmosphere and increases its pressure.

Valve

Regulating flow and pressure, controlling the direction of flow, throttling flow rates and improving safety through relieving pressure or vacuum in a piping system.

Boiler

A boiler is an enclosed vessel that heats a liquid, such as water, to create steam or the vaporized form of a liquid. After that, the steam or hot water is circulated via a piping device to transport heat for a range of purposes, including heating, power generation, and other processes.

Pump

All pumps use basic forces of nature to move a liquid. As the moving pump part (impeller, vane, piston diaphragm, etc.) begins to move, air is pushed out of the way. The movement of air creates a partial vacuum (low pressure) which can be filled up by more air, or in the case of water pumps, water.

Rupture Disc

A rupture disc, also known as a pressure safety disc, burst disc, bursting disc, or burst diaphragm, is a non-reclosing pressure relief safety device that, in most uses, protects a pressure vessel, equipment or system from overpressurization or potentially damaging vacuum conditions.
